These Terms of Service govern your use of Fansubz. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Who we are
Fansubz is a creator subscription platform that enables creators to publish content and receive subscription payments from fans. References to 'Fansubz', 'we', 'us', or 'our' refer to the Fansubz platform and its operators.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Fansubz account. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
3. Creator accounts
As a creator, you are responsible for all content you post. You retain ownership of your content but grant Fansubz a licence to display and distribute it to your subscribers on the platform. You must not post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates our content guidelines.
4. Fan accounts
As a fan, you may subscribe to creators and access their content in accordance with the tier you have purchased. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing page.
5. Payments and fees
Fansubz retains 5% of all subscription revenue as a platform fee. The remaining 95% is paid to the creator. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Fansubz does not store payment card details.
6. Refunds
Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact our support team within 14 days of the charge.
7. Content guidelines
You must not post or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or that infringes third-party intellectual property rights. Adult content is only permitted in designated categories and only by age-verified creators. Fansubz reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
9. Limitation of liability
Fansubz is provided on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice on the platform. Continued use of Fansubz after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
